Travel Industry Social Networking Sites
Many Internet marketing professionals (including our development team) maintain that the future of the Internet is in social networking – as can be attested to by the wild popularity of such sites as YouTube, MySpace, and FaceBook. With this underlying belief we have spent the past 6 months developing a new travel industry network marketing website - www.Thailand-TravelOnline.com. This new concept is our entry into travel website social networking.
Thailand-TravelOnline.com is scheduled to be launched in April 2008 but please feel free to review the current development status of our new site. This Thailand concept has been developed as the banner site for a series of travel social networking websites; we will also be expanding to other travel destinations. Thailand Travel Online will be actively managed for creation of high quality content and to develop a strong base of external linking partners and business partners. This site will also be monetized through several affiliate programs, paid advertising, private advertising, and pay-per-click services.
Development of Thailand Travel Online began in October 2007 and total development time is expected to be about 6 months. The concept is to create a community focused content site that will generate high traffic, strong page ranking and favorable SERP (search engine results page) performance. The World Travel Online sites are being developed for strong monetization capability. The concept allows "Travel Online" site owners to use the social website to drive targeted traffic to your own web properties and to advertisers and affiliates. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand yor advertising base and add more advertising revenue to your income base.
This concept will be developed into a travel network and, beginning second quarter of 2008, we will be looking for partners to invest into our network and take ownership of sites for other travel destination.
